Jiu Jitsu: Morning Classes

Since Chuck and Scott are both being deployed by the U.S. Navy to someplace other than Springfield Missouri. I will be taking over their 5:30 AM classes on Tuesday and Thursday.

Several Jiu Jitsu Commandments:
1. Move with your hips.
2. Control your opponents hips and shoulders, one or the other, preferably both.
3. Elbows close
3. Close space on the attack and create space when defending
5. Relax
